NMG Players Club Rules Presented by New Mexico Gaming, LLC
NMG Players Club is established by New Mexico Gaming, LLC for the enjoyment of our members to provide a method to reward those who participate in gaming activities based on their level of play. Participants of the NMG Players Club are subject to certain membership rules, as are amended from time to time. NMG Players Club of Membership rules and regulations can be found below. NMG Players Club members participating in promotions or offers are bound to the rules of the promotion or offer.

Eligibility:-
NMG Players Club membership is complimentary. To obtain a membership, visit the website at www.nmgamingllc.com or scan the QR code at your local nonprofit organization to download the app. Each customer must be 21 years of age or older and be a current member, in good standing, at a nonprofit organization in the State of New Mexico. Players club membership entitles guests to earn rewards for tracked slot play using the QR code system for the NMG Player Club(QR code must be scanned each time you play a machine, switch to a different machine or leave the game room). Players club members are automatically entered to receive direct mail communications (via mail, email, text, phone or other), bonus entries into drawings, and complimentaries based on tracked slot play. All promotions are subject to all applicable laws and regulations set forth by New Mexico Gaming Control Board. Void where prohibited. NMG Players Club membership is intended for use of the named membership holder only, no member, or guest, of the non-profit organization may use another non-profit member’s NMG Players Club membership. Unauthorized use of the NMG Players Club accounts may subject you to the forfeiture of membership rights, criminal or civil penalties, or both. New Mexico Gaming, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change the NMG Players Club benefits, rules or promotions at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of the NMG Players Club may results in the cancellation of membership and loss of rewards.
Definitions
For purposes of this membership, all definitions as defined in New Mexico Statue 60-2E – Gaming Control and NMAC Title 15 – Gambling and Liquor Control, shall be used.

Direct Mail
With a NMG Players Club membership may receive direct marketing communications from New Mexico Gaming, LLC. Communications may include information about upcoming promotions and events, bonus drawings, free gifts and more. This list is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the types of offers possible. All rewards are nontransferable. Criteria for receiving mailed incentive offers: Components of tracked play such as members average daily tracked play, frequency of visits, and more. This list of criteria is not an all-inclusive list of the types of player data evaluated and NMG Players Club membership does not guarantee the extension of offers. New Mexico Gaming, LLC agrees not to share any information with third parties.

Release
By obtaining a NMG Players Club membership, members agree to release and hold harmless New Mexico Gaming, LLV and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the NMG Players Club.

Other information
Participation in the NMG Players Club constitutes the NMG Players Club member’s agreement to abide by these NMG Players Club rules. New Mexico Gaming, LLC may introduce other programs or promotions that operate in association with the NMG Players Club. All NMG Players Club rules apply during these programs or promotions. All additional rules, conditions, procedures of these programs or promotions will be detailed in the office rules of such program or promotion. New Mexico Gaming, LLC will attempt to resolve any and all disputes. Should the members be dissatisfied with the management’s decisions, the guest can ask for a removal of the membership to the NMG Players Club.

Governing Law These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA for the resolution of any disputes. 9.
